We currently have two delivery partners, the MPL courier service of Magyar Posta Zrt and GLS General Logistics System Hungary Csomag-Logisztika Kft and General Logistics Systems Austria GmbH. Both companies operate using different logistics methods, I will now introduce these two to you so that you can see more clearly when your package is expected and what other information you need. Personal collection is also possible, but only in Sopron, at a pre-arranged location.

1. Domestic deliveries in Hungary:

A. Hungarian Post Office

If you choose Magyar Posta delivery for your package, you can request it at an MPL parcel machine, at a PostaPont, as a Posta Maradó or by home delivery.

You can pay for your order in several ways. One of the easiest is to pay by credit card, but you can also pay for your order in advance by bank transfer or even with Paypal. If you choose the advance payment method, your package will always be shipped after the order amount has been received in our account.

Magyar Posta employees deliver the packages to the central warehouse at the end of the working day, sort them during the evening and, in most cases, deliver them to the chosen location the next working day. The Posta Finder also helps you find the most suitable delivery method for you at the Posta.

1. MPL Parcel Machine Information:

MPL parcel machines are self-operated parcel dispensers located in busy locations around the country, such as shopping malls. Parcels are stored in separate compartments in the parcel machines and are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Parcel delivery usually takes 1 business day and you will be notified by SMS or email when your parcel has arrived. To collect your parcel, you will need an ID received from MPL via SMS or email.

Parcels can be collected from the machine within 2 working days of notification. If you are unable to go to pick them up, Magyar Posta employees will take your parcel to a nearby post office, where you will have another 5-10 working days to collect the parcel, depending on the sender's instructions. If there is an obstacle to placing a parcel addressed to the parcel machine in the machine, we will arrange the placement of the parcel via text message, e-mail or telephone.

Shipping fees for MPL parcel machines:

The delivery fee for orders placed at MPL Parcel Machines is a uniform gross 990 HUF.

For orders over HUF 30,000 (including VAT), shipping is free.

2. MPL PostaPont information:

MPL PostaPont is a service where you can collect Magyar Posta parcels at designated PostaPonts, such as MOL gas stations, Media Markt or COOP stores, instead of waiting for the courier at home. Parcels are usually delivered within 1 business day and you will be notified by SMS or email when your parcel has arrived. You will usually need to present the parcel number and an ID card to collect your parcel.

Without authorization, only the person whose name you provided when placing the order can receive your package!

Maximum package sizes and weights:

For MPL PostaPont packages, the maximum size on the longest side is 100 cm, and the circumference (3 sides added together) is 180 cm. The maximum weight is 20 kg.

ACCEPTANCE DEADLINE

You have 5-10 business days to collect your package, during which time you can pick up your package at any time during the opening hours of the selected PostaPont. If you are unable to collect your package within the specified time, in most cases it will be transferred to a nearby post office.

Shipping fees for MPL PostaPont:

The shipping fee for orders placed at MPL PostaPont is a uniform gross 990 HUF.

For orders over HUF 30,000 (including VAT), shipping is free.

3. Information left at MPL Posta:

Domestic shipments can be collected within 10 business days from the date of arrival at the post office. The sender can decide whether to request a holding period of 5 or 10 business days for the shipment. Parcels are usually delivered within 1 business day, and you will be notified by SMS or email when the package has arrived. You will usually need to present the package number and an ID card to collect the package.

Without authorization, only the person whose name you provided when placing the order can receive your package!

Maximum package sizes and weights:

For packages remaining at MPL post, the maximum weight is 30 kg, the maximum size is no more than 100 cm on the longest side, and the sum of the lengths of the three sides (circumference) cannot exceed 180 cm.

ACCEPTANCE DEADLINE

You have 10 business days to collect your package, during which time you can pick up your package at any time during the opening hours of the selected Posta. If you are unable to collect the package within the specified time, it will be returned to the sender.

Shipping fees for MPL Posta:

The shipping fee for orders placed via MPL Posta is a uniform gross 990 HUF.

4. MPL home delivery information:

Domestic shipments usually take 1 business day to arrive. You will usually need to present an ID card to receive the package.

After a first unsuccessful delivery (in the case of an MPL Business Package), the delivery person will contact the recipient by telephone about the time and place of the second delivery attempt, or they may request that their shipment be picked up at a postal service point.

B. GLS

If you choose GLS delivery, you can request your package to be delivered to a GLS parcel machine, a GLS Point, or via GLS home delivery.

You can pay for your order in several ways. One of the easiest is to pay by credit card, but you can also pay for your order by bank transfer in advance, or even with Paypal. GLS Point is a parcel collection point where you can collect your parcel at a more flexible time.

The expected delivery time after the package is shipped is 1 business day.

In case of unsuccessful delivery, the package will be returned to the billing address provided by the sender.

GLS parcel points usually have 7 days to collect packages. For exact opening times, it is worth checking the website of the selected parcel point or the GLS website, as these may vary from store to store. According to the GLS website, packages are delivered on weekdays between 8 am and 6 pm, and on the day of delivery, you will be notified by SMS with the expected delivery time window.

In case of unsuccessful delivery, the package will be returned to the billing address provided by the sender.

2. Foreign deliveries in European Union countries:

Shipping is currently only available in Austria and Germany.

We make a special agreement regarding the terms of delivery to other countries, which you can inquire about through our customer service.

3. Returning an order:
   
   

1. Returning and re-delivering an undelivered package:

Unfortunately, it often happens that the customer does not arrive to pick up the package, so it is returned to us. In such cases, we usually have to resend the package.

We can do this by having the Customer pay us the costs of returning and resending the package, and then once the amount has been credited to the bank account, we will resend the package.

2. Return shipping in case of cancellation within 14 days:

In this case, the cost of returning the product is borne by the Customer.

3. Return and re-delivery for warranty, guarantee and liability reasons:

If the claim is justified, the seller will bear the cost of return shipping and re-shipping. In the event of an unjustified claim, the buyer will bear the shipping costs.
